Rusty Wiley joined Merrill Corporation as chief executive officer in 2014. He comes to Merrill from IBM Corporation, which he joined in 1987. Wiley has extensive experience in executive roles, most recently serving as general manager, banking and financial services for IBM Corporation. During his tenure at IBM, he also held leadership roles involving sales, consulting and general management, including a global business services leadership role, with significant international responsibilities. Prior to his tenure with IBM, he was with EDS Corporation, a multinational information technology company, in sales and marketing roles. Wiley holds an MBA from Duke University Fuqua School of Business and a BS from East Carolina University.
Todd Albright joined Merrill Corporation in April 2015 as chief revenue officer, leading global sales for the company—an organization with nearly 350 professionals spanning every major international market. In February 2016, he was named general manager of the Americas, adding operational responsibility for the company's largest theatre. Prior to joining Merrill, Albright led a number of complex sales organizations with direct experience in several of Merrill’s core markets, most recently as senior vice president of sales for FIS Global, where he led a team of revenue professionals across North, Central and South America. He also held positions as senior vice president and head of sales and marketing for ACTIV Financial Systems and vice president and head of global financial services accounts for Synchronoss (formerly IntraLinks), a SaaS provider of secure, compliant and auditable content management and mobility solutions. He holds a BA from Duke University and an AAS in International Economics from Friedrich-Alexander Universitat Erlangen-Nurnberg. Albright also has completed executive education coursework at Harvard Business School.
Deven Lindemann is Executive Vice President, Client Services for Merrill Corporation. Deven joined Merrill Corporation in 1993 and has held a variety of positions, including managing director of Transaction & Compliance for the company’s London office, and vice president, Operations. In her current role, she manages the company’s global service organization. She is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo.
Doug Cullen joined Merrill Corporation in August 2015 as Global Head of DataSite, Merrill’s flagship Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform built for the M&A Community. In 2018, he was named Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Corporate Strategy. Prior to joining Merrill, Cullen led Sales, Marketing and Success team at high growth technology companies, most recently for Ceros, Inc., a New York-based provider of cloud-based content marketing solution, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer. He also held positions as Global Head of Sales and Services for New York-based Stylesight Inc., and Senior Vice President of Sales for Americas at IntraLinks, a SaaS provider of secure, compliant and audit able content management and mobility solutions. He holds a BA from Cornell University and is a resident of Pelham, NY.
Gretchen Dahlberg is General Counsel for Merrill Corporation. She joined the company in 2009 as Associate General Counsel, International, providing in-house legal support for Merrill operations in Europe, Australia, Asia and the United States. Gretchen came to Merrill from BAE Systems, where she was responsible for international business development and contract management. She holds a BA from Augsburg University and a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
Thomas Fredell joined Merrill Corporation in 2015. In his role as chief product officer, he focuses on all aspects of product management and engineering to drive growth and innovation for Merrill’s client-facing solutions, including Merrill DataSite and Merrill Bridge. Fredell joined Merrill from SmithCo Investments, where he was CEO. Prior to his tenure with SmithCo Investments, he was chief technology officer for both Snagajob and IntraLinks. He holds a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
Thomas Donnelly joined Merrill Corporation as chief financial officer in 2015. Prior to joining Merrill, he held financial leadership roles, most recently as chief executive officer and director of OptiMine Software, Inc. Donnelly has extensive executive experience in the technology sector, with expertise in operations, strategy and business development, financial planning, accounting and compliance, specializing in high-growth, high-technology companies. He holds a BA from St. Olaf College in Minnesota.
Katherine Miller joined Merrill Corporation in 2006 with principal oversight of the company’s global accounting functions. Prior to joining Merrill, she held executive positions including chief accounting officer for Nash Finch Company and vice president, controller for Deluxe Corporation, where she was also named chief accounting officer. Miller holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management and a BS from Northern Michigan University.
Mark Williams joined Merrill Corporation in August 2015 as Chief Revenue Officer, Americas. Prior to joining Merrill, Williams led Sales, Account Management and Business Development for SmartFocus a cloud-based digital marketing platform provider, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer. He also held positions as Vice President Sales for Kno, an Andreesen Horowitz Education Technology startup that was acquired by Intel, and Senior Vice President of Global Accounts for IntraLinks. Williams holds a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Humberside University.
Jackie Olson is vice president, Human Resources, for Merrill Corporation. She joined the company in 2018. Jackie came to Merrill from Element Fleet Management, where she led a strategic human resources team for sales, product and marketing organizations to support business vision and growth objectives. She holds a BA from the College of St. Benedict.
