St. Paul, Minn. — Merrill Corporation (www.merrillcorp.com), a global provider of secure content sharing, regulated communications and compliance services, has named Doug Cullen Senior Vice President and Head of Solution Sales.
In this newly established role, Cullen will lead sales for Merrill’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings, including Merrill Bridge and Merrill DataSite. He will work closely with Merrill's product management and marketing organizations as the company continues to define, deliver and expand upon its leading-edge solutions, enabling client success in the areas of secure content collaboration, financial transaction management and interactive regulatory disclosure.

Cullen joins Merrill from Ceros, Inc., a New York-based provider of cloud-based content marketing, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to Ceros, Cullen served in several senior sales leadership roles, including Global Head of Sales and Services for New York-based Stylesight Inc., and Senior Vice President of Sales for Americas at IntraLinks. Prior to IntraLinks, he held other sales executive positions with London-based Avistar Communications and New York-based TalkPoint Communications. Cullen will be based out of Merrill’s New York City office, located in Midtown Manhattan. He will work for Todd Albright, Merrill’s Chief Revenue Officer, as a member of the executive sales leadership team.

Cullen, a resident of Pelham, N.Y., earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y. He is married with three daughters and enjoys tennis, golf and basketball.
