Looming September 30 Deadline for Medicare, Part D and Cost Plans Marketing Oversight

If you market to Medicare, Part D and cost plans, you are aware of the need to submit those materials through the Health Plan Management System (HPMS) for marketing oversight by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). 

It’s the peak trifecta to meet the regulations and print, mail and post materials to your web sites. This includes the Annual Notice of Change, Evidence of Coverage, Summary of Benefits and enrollment form documents – including the multi-language insert.  

How did you do?

  • How difficult was it to get all of the ANOC/EOC documents finalized with consistent language across all plans?
  • How quickly could you respond to the CMS rule changes?
  • How successful were you at finding and changing all of the exact same copy in all the correct plans?
  • How confident are you that you didn’t miss an edit?
