Merrill Brink International Enhances iTrac® Translation Management System (TMS)

Two key features of new updates are stronger security and more robust client reporting

St. Paul, Minn. — Merrill Brink International (www.merrillbrink.com), a leading global provider of language solutions for global companies, today announced its Version 2.8.4 product update release for Merrill Brink’s iTrac® Translation Management System (TMS). The new updates will increase security, enhance client reporting and improve integration with Merrill Brink’s Web-based translation management system.

Merrill Brink’s iTrac is a secure Web-based client portal interface that helps users manage their translation project details from initial estimate to translation, delivery and billing. With iTrac, clients and users have access to real-time project status, and can track job progress through Merrill Brink’s ISO-certified workflow.

    • Improved security infrastructure on vendor portal and client portal
    • Platform upgrades that enhance client capabilities within the system for managing client users
  • Enhanced reporting for clients provides information on costs of active jobs and word count report
  • Improved integration with Merrill Brink’s Web-based translation memory technology
