Sr. Process Engineer

Status: Full Time

Location: MN-St. Paul

Responsibilities

Develops, implements and sustains process improvement initiatives utilizing lean manufacturing and six sigma methodologies. Drives process improvement initiatives through the organization often extending them to suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of particular field of specialization to the completion of complex assignments. Plans, documents and supervises assignments. Reviews progress and evaluates results. Recommends changes in procedures. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Reviews progress with management. Works under general supervision.

BS in Engineering and minimum five years related engineering experience. Typically has an advanced degree.
