Financial Analyst

Status: Full Time
Shift: To Be Determined ( M-F)
Location: MN-St. Paul

Responsibilities

•Prepares financial and business related analyses and research in such areas as expense performance, cost reduction, rate of return, depreciation, working capital and investment. •Recognize needs for procedural changes, implement new programs and possible technological platforms to improve the efficiencies of COGS at a site level •Liaison/Partner with Sourcing in support of financial and operational initiatives •Productivity and cost saving tracking against prior year / budget •Establish cost reduction benchmarks and other metric reporting •Assist in the development and preparation of annual operating plans. •Inventory Management including maintenance and reconciliations of owned/leased assets and assists in the maintenance and development of business systems and policies and resulting adherence. •Prepare needs assessment and related return on investment required on capital purchases •Assess site capacity requirements and provide recommendations with supporting financial analysis to drive improved profitability •Will drive productivity in India operations/customer service and composition. •Implement improved metric/benchmarking reporting.

Qualifications

•Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business related field. •3-5 years business analysis experience with basic finance/accounting principles •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Ability to respond quickly and manage multiple priorities •Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word. Oracle a plus.

Bachelors degree. Minimum 2-5 years professional financial analysis or accounting experience.
