You can schedule expert court reporters and videographers anywhere, anytime with this form.

Your online request will be confirmed by telephone or e-mail on the same business day, and your request will be confirmed again by telephone phone on the business day preceding the deposition.

If you are scheduling a deposition with less than 24 hours notice, please call your local Merrill office.

We will confirm your request by email on the same business day. In addition, you will receive a confirmation call one business day prior to the deposition date.
