Responsibilities

Develops cost effective information technology solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications that are more complex with full competency. Coordinates with users to determine requirements Reviews systems under development and related documentation. Creates more complex prototypes. Codes, tests, debugs, documents and implements more complex software applications. May coordinate activities of the project team and assist in monitoring project schedules and costs.

Qualifications

Assignments are broad in nature, usually requiring originality and ingenuity. Has appreciable latitude for unreviewed action or decision. This fully competent professional level may be assisted by lower level personnel. Possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures of particular field of specialization to the completion of moderately difficult assignments. Works under minimal supervision.

Bachelors degree. Minimum 4-5 years professional information technology experience.
