Merrill Corporation Appoints John Stolle, Chief Technology Officer
Stolle will be based in St. Paul and report directly to Rick Atterbury, Merrill’s president and chief operating officer.
St. Paul, Minn. - Merrill Corporation (www.merrillcorp.com), a global diversified communications and document services provider, today announced the promotion of John Stolle to chief technology officer. Stolle will be based in St. Paul and report directly to Rick Atterbury, Merrill’s president and chief operating officer.
“John brings significant management strength and depth to this role,” said Atterbury. “His knowledge of Merrill, strong technology background and Information Systems management experience made John a perfect choice for this position.”
In his new role, Stolle will lead the development of individual and organization-wide information technology (I.T.) strategies, working closely with the vice presidents of I.T. in Merrill’s various businesses.
Stolle has been with Merrill Corporation since 1994. During this time, he led the design and implementation of Merrill’s ERP Systems and several key customer-facing service and product systems. Most recently, Stolle has led Merrill’s technology organization as vice president of I.T. for Merrill’s Financial Document Services business. In addition, Stolle has been providing overall leadership to the Corporate I.T. Shared Services function.
