Location: MN-St. Paul
Responsibilities
•Provide support for calculating and accounting for stock-based compensation in accordance with SFAS 123R, including:
oStock options
oWarrants
oValuation modeling
oFinancial footnote disclosure and reporting
•Partnering with HR Compensation team to ensure complete and accurate understanding, administration and accounting of fixed and variable compensation, including:
oShort-term incentive programs
oLong-term incentive programs
oFinancial footnote disclosure and reporting
•Partnering with HR Benefits team to ensure complete and accurate understanding, administration and accounting of employee benefit plans, including:
oHealth and welfare plans
o401(k) plan
oFinancial footnote disclosure and reporting
•Provide support for annual benefit plan audit and financial report preparation process with external audit firm
•Provide primary accounting support for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, including due diligence and acquisition accounting
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in accounting
•CPA or CMA certification
•Three or more years public accounting or Fortune 500 financial accounting
•Ability to read and interpret GAAP and technical literature
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Strong analytical and organizational skills
Bachelors degree. Minimum 5-8 years professional financial analysis or accounting experience.
