Merrill Corporation Acquires P.H. Brink International
Acquisition Enhances and Expands Merrill’s Language Translation Solution

St. Paul, Minn. - Merrill Corporation, a leading global provider of diversified communications and document services, today announced the acquisition of all outstanding common stock of P.H. Brink International Corporation, a leading provider of integrated language services. The combined entity, which will be renamed Merrill Brink International, adds best-of-breed technology and service to Merrill’s existing translation solution offering. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
