Any single pamphlet is relatively simple to print. The complexity arises from the vast quantity of different pamphlets needed. For a single primary election in a single county, for example, as many as 5600 distinct books have been required and potentially in excess of 15,000 versions (all counties included). Also, in some areas, federal law requires versions in Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Korean and Tagalog.
