Merrill Corporation Appoints Mark Kindy Executive Vice President of Strategy and Operations for Merrill Legal Solutions

St. Paul, Minn. — Merrill Corporation, a leading global provider of technology-enabled services for the legal, financial, real estate and other corporate markets, today announced the appointment of Mark Kindy to Executive Vice President of Strategy and Operations for its Merrill Legal Solutions business.

Kindy most recently served as Senior Managing Director of FTI’s Forensics and Litigation Consulting practice in New York. Prior to FTI, Mark held positions including CEO of Applied Discovery, Managing Director at BearingPoint and Partner at Andersen, where he worked for more than 14 years in their litigation consulting business.
