Merrill Corporation Appoints Mike Thyken Vice President of Corporate Information Technology
St. Paul, Minn. — Merrill Corporation, a leading global provider of technology-enabled services for the legal, financial, real estate and other corporate markets, today named Mike Thyken as Vice President of Corporate Information Technology of its operating company Merrill Communications LLC. He is responsible for all of Merrill’s Shared Services Information Technology including Enterprise Systems Development, Computer Operations, and Network Services.

Thyken most recently worked for Select Comfort Corporation, where he served as Chief Information Officer. He has also worked for IBM and Target Corporation. Thyken brings experience in developing solid processes, infrastructure and systems in high growth technology organizations. Thyken graduated from the University of St. Thomas with Bachelor degrees in both Business Operations Management and Computer Science and received a Masters Degree from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management in Business Strategic Management and Operations.
