Merrill Corporation Announces Further Expansion in the Southeast
Company Acquires Atlanta-Based Document Resources

St. Paul, Minn. — Merrill Corporation, a leading global provider of technology-enabled services for the legal, financial, real estate and other corporate markets, today announced it is expanding its presence in the southeast market with the acquisition of Document Resources, Inc., an Atlanta-based company with an office in Miami, specializing in litigation support services.

Document Resources helps legal clients manage documents for discovery, deposition, presentations, briefs and exhibits as well as related projects. The company has 55 employees.
